He has since passed away but thought you may want some of his information for the Cultural Center. He was the first Fiipino Aviator in Sacramento, I have documentation that dates back to the 1950's Show casing his Airplane flying in Sacramento showing the American and filipino flag for the Filipino Independence day event I think it was a Common Wealth club.
